Kelly Brook waist Bikini Body
For a teeny tiny waist to emphasise your hourglass shape, like Kelly, try twists. First lie on your back with your knees bent. Then raise your legs up, keeping knees bent and twist both legs to one side. Bring back to the middle, very slowly, pulling in your stomach.
Repeat eight times on each side, every other day.
